We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malaysia. The right candidate will bring energy, a strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries
- Perform order entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Contact for Customer Inquiries, orders, complaints, RMA’s and quotes.
- Enter customer orders into database accurately and promptly
- Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
- Provide order confirmations to customers
- Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain detailed and organized records of orders
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Proven work experience as an Order Entry Clerk, Sales Administrator, or similar role
- Strong problem solving skills
- Work independently with moderate supervision
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Aptitude for understanding a wide array of part numbers and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
