We're looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in supporting job seekers and employers on FastJobs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone. What You'll Do

• Be the first line of support for job seekers and employers on FastJobs
• Respond to inquiries via messaging platforms, email, and phone
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with technical troubleshooting within the FastJobs platform
• Manage advertiser accounts, handle administrative tasks, and generate reports
• Moderate ad content to ensure compliance with MOHR Guidelines
• Gather and provide user feedback to product teams
• Organise and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and filing systems
