Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyse data including text and videos
  • Annotate data accurately based on project requirements and guidelines
  • Use specialized annotation tools and software to label data
  • Discuss with internal team to understand annotation requirements
  • Actively engaged in teamwork for continuous improvement
  • Good understanding of the cultural background: you need to be native speakers of the markets' official language, and you should be very sensitive to the local hot topics or effects/trends in social media.
  • You need to be very familiar with local trending topics/holidays in your market and understand Internet slang.
  • Outstanding self-learning skills: part of the training, mainly on safety policy, will be in the form of self-study, the policy team will provide materials and you must follow the schedule and complete all sessions.
  • Self-management and hard-working: have good self-management and keep improving your performance. Also, keep learning through the working process to avoid diff cases as much as possible.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy rules and guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian nationality is required/preferred.
  • Malaysian Chinese candidates are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Good English skills are preferred.
  • No specific academic major required.
  • Familiarity with mobile payment scenarios is an advantage.
  • Experience in ASR, TTS, NLP error correction, or data annotation is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and able to identify subtle errors in content.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Working Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
