Debug Technician

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists shift lead or assistance shift leads on daily routine job
• Required to perform 2nd level debugging . (Example:- Perform minor rework on the fail module such as OSA swapping, PCBA probing and etc...)
• Monitor rework yield and scrap cost
• Assist PE evaluation/spec file qual/ Debug Finding & SBR built
• Support production to make Shipment
• Support On Line Debug & Clear debug WIP
• Train up the new intake (Technician & Debug Operators)
  
  

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
  
  

Skills

• With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
• Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics.
• Familiarity with test instruments (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Experience in troubleshooting PCBA preferred.
• Can work independently and work with support teams as needed.
• Has basic knowledge of optical circuit, circuit analysis, problem solving and master the use of optical module test instruments.
