Demand & Supply Planning Intern

Main Scope:

• Assist in demand forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and market trends
• Support supply planning processes to ensure accurate replenishment and inventory optimization
• Monitor inventory levels and highlight potential risks such as stock-outs or excess inventory
• Prepare and maintain planning reports and dashboards
• Assist in data cleansing, validation, and consolidation from multiple sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to gather inputs for planning
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems
• Participate in regular planning meetings and provide data-driven insights

Role Requirements (e.g. Qualifications, skills, work experience etc.):

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Knowledge or experience in SAP (ERP System), Power BI (data visualization, dashboard creation, basic data modeling)
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts
