We are currently seeking Depot Associate to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!
The Depot Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely & accurate administrative reporting and task at the depot.

The Depot Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely & accurate administrative reporting and task at the depot.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring that depots filling are in order and up-to-date
- Creation of ID, issuance of uniform and anything related to new hire
- Maintaining Masterlist of all couriers
- Resolving payment issue related to IC/AH
- Courier Deduction submission
- Consumable items management and inventory
- RTM POD return & PPOD management
- COD Management Report
- Vehicle checklist and maintenance schedule such as shell card and t&g
- 7 days return report
- 2W and 4W - DHL/LW activation report
- Depot licencing, contract renewal, pest control maintenance, cleanliness and depot assets recording
- Any other administrative task which will be assign accordingly
- 2 – 3 years admin experience, preferably within transportation or logistics industry
- Good knowledge of courier / express shipment management and delivery process flow
- Good knowledge of excel and power point
- Minimum SPM/high school certification.
