Despatch Cum Officer, Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company staff, visitors, or goods to designated locations safely and on time.
• Perform courier duties such as delivering and collecting documents, packages, or supplies.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain a daily log of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition.
• Assist with administrative support or other errands as directed by management.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a company driver, personal driver, or similar role is preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Physically fit and able to assist with light lifting of documents or packages when needed.
• Good attitude, well-mannered, and professional when interacting with staff and visitors.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
