About The Role
Join our marketing team to promote our software solutions and services to Japanese and international clients. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, manage content, and analyze performance to drive leads and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Manage company website and landing pages
- Create and optimize content for blogs, ads, and social platforms
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
- Conduct market research for Japanese and global audiences
- Collaborate with design and sales teams for campaign execution
- Manage social media accounts and engagement
- Support branding and communication strategies
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Creative thinking and data-driven mindset
- Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher)
- Experience targeting Japanese market or clients
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools)
- Experience in tech or SaaS industry
- Understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
