Digital Solution Analyst

You will provide advanced technical support and subject matter expertise across workplace technologies, driving a secure, efficient, and collaborative digital workplace while staying ahead of emerging trends and maintaining comprehensive support documentation and standard operating procedures.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement and digitalization opportunities through automation and digital solutions.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into practical, scalable solution requirements via low code/no code platform and related technologies.
• Provide governance and solution oversight for low-code and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and standards.
• Build organizational digital capability through solution enablement, knowledge sharing, training, and adoption.
• Collaborate with global Enterprise Solution & Services teams, regional peers, and vendors to deliver and scale digital solutions across the enterprise.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Degree or Master in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in the industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, low-code/no-code technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solution designs.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and regional peers in a collaborative enterprise environment.
