Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To ensure that all documents are traceable by creating a system for documentation and control of documents for circulation.
- Maintain, replace and distribute controlled documents.
- Documents requiring changes to be reviewed and updated in a timely manner.
- To ensure the documents remain legible, readily identifiable and retrievable.
- To ensure the security, accessibility and distribution of all documents.
- To ensure current authorized versions of documents are available to Clinipath’s personnel.
- To ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents are recorded and filed accordingly.
- To ensure that documents of external origin are identified and their distribution controlled.
- To prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents and to apply suitable identification to them if they are retained for any purpose.
- To ensure that obsolete documents are promptly removed from all points of use.
- To ensure all documents relevant to QMS to be uniquely identified with title, current version number or revision number, authority for issue, etc.
- Sort, distribute & file incoming and outgoing correspondence with Standards Malaysia.
- To maintain records pertaining to the laboratory as assigned by the Lab Manager and Quality Manager.
- To develop, plan and conduct meetings and presentations related to document management.
- To perform any duties as instructed by the Lab Manager and the Quality Manager from time to time.
