Job Description

• Safely drive the Director to and from office, meetings, events, and any other assigned destinations.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and serviced on schedule.
• Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, safety, and punctuality.
• Assist with loading/unloading items, documents, or luggage when required.
• Handle minor errands or tasks assigned by the Director.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Monitor road conditions and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company rules.
• Standby during working hours and be available for overtime or after-office hours when required.
