Ecommerce Support - Mandarin (Johor)

If you love talking to people, solving problems, and making someone's day better — you might be our next customer happiness hero. We're on the hunt for someone who can turn casual customers into raving fans

What You'll Be Doing

• Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat (yes, you'll need to be comfy with all three!)
• Answering questions about our products, prices, and what’s in stock
• Teaming up with other departments to make sure our customers get what they need
• Keeping things organized with some light data entry on different platforms

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role (or if you’re a fast learner who’s ready to grow, we’re open to that too )
• Can speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English
• Are organized, great at multitasking, and know how to prioritize like a pro
• Able to WFH for 6 months (Johor based) and cool with working onsite after 6 months.

• Can stay calm when things get a little chaotic
• Like working in a fast-moving, fun environment

Salary up to 4500RM

Rotational Shift - 5 Working Days and 2 OFF Days
