The Role

We're looking for an Ecosystem Partnerships Manager to grow Reap's presence and relationships across the Web3 ecosystem — chain foundations, protocol teams, and builder communities. Not every valuable relationship needs a commercial agreement behind it: this role is about the ones built on shared value instead — co-hosting hackathons, running joint initiatives, cross-listing integrations, and building the kind of goodwill and visibility that pays off over time.

This person will work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product to build Reap's standing in Web3 communities across APAC and LATAM, and to surface new opportunities for the broader business as relationships develop.

You Will

• Identify and build relationships with chain foundations, protocol teams, and builder communities across APAC and LATAM.
• Plan and co-host hackathons, workshops, and joint community events with ecosystem partners.
• Run co-marketing initiatives with complementary Web3 products — joint content, cross-promotion, and doc or integration cross-listings.
• Represent Reap at key industry events (e.g. Token2049, CoinFest) and build presence in communities where Reap is still underrepresented.
• Scout new potential partners and distribution opportunities, and work with the wider team to shape the right kind of relationship for each one.
• Bring market and community intelligence back to the team to inform broader go-to-market strategy.
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone With

• 3–6 years of experience in ecosystem partnerships, developer relations, community business development, or growth partnerships within Web3, crypto, or gaming.
• Genuine, existing relationships across the Web3 ecosystem — chain teams, protocol communities, builder networks — ideally in APAC and/or LATAM.
• Experience planning or co-organizing events, hackathons, or joint initiatives with external partners.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity — much of the value in this role compounds over time rather than through a signed contract.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with good judgment on when a relationship is ready to become something more formal.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience running or co-organizing hackathons.
• Existing relationships at chain foundations such as Avalanche, BNB Chain, or Circle.
• Marketing or content collaboration experience.
• Coverage across LATAM or Southeast Asia, with willingness to travel for events.
