Job Summary
Lead the site’s environmental, health, and safety programs to support a safe workplace and compliance with applicable legal and company requirements. Promote prevention and continuous improvement.

EHS Manager
Scope: Environment, Health & Safety
Job Summary
Lead the site’s environmental, health, and safety programs to support a safe workplace and compliance with applicable legal and company requirements. Promote prevention and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS policies, programs, procedures, and training.
- Monitor compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits; follow up on identified actions.
- Lead incident reporting and investigation, including root-cause analysis and corrective-action tracking.
- Monitor EHS performance and report trends, risks, and improvement plans to management.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and response planning.
- Support safe work practices, contractor safety, and management of hazardous materials and waste.
- Work with department leaders to reduce risks and improve EHS performance.
- Provide EHS guidance and training to employees, supervisors, and contractors.
- Maintain required EHS documentation and records.
- Diploma or degree in Environmental, Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Relevant EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of applicable local EHS laws, risk assessment, incident investigation, and audit practices.
- Strong communication, training, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional certifications or registrations are an advantage.
