Key responsibilities in your new role

• Set up and maintain laboratory bench characterization equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of characterization activities.
• Conduct electrical characterization testing and provide accurate results, including detailed electrical data analysis reports, to Development, Project, and Application teams.
• Develop automation tools for laboratory characterization to improve efficiency and accuracy, while creating systematic documentation, handbooks, and guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders across remote sites through weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, providing timely and accurate project updates.
• Attend bi-weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and project milestones.
• Participate in annual innovation projects with CV team members to develop innovative ideas and solutions that benefit the broader R&D community.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor electronics.
• Strong technical expertise with a keen interest in learning new skills and technologies, particularly in MOSFET technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Good oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information and project updates clearly to various stakeholders.
