Engineer Information Technology - Production Data Warehouse

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide 2nd level support on PDWH for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally
• Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in manufacturing domain
• Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse are running in a stable and high performance level as per SLA
• Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations support area (e.g. automation of monitoring and internal controls) and control costs as per budget
• Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks
• Participation in a rotating on-call schedule to provide critical support and resolve critical issue outside of standard working hours, requiring quick, effective action to minimize disruption
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database
• Understanding of Data Warehousing / ETL techniques
• Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong in service support operations & experienced in ticketing tracking systems
• Good communication skills and a proactive team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experienced in data warehousing projects is an added advantage
• Familiar with business processes in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
