Engineer Product Test Engineering

Product Engineering engineer responsibles for yield stability &improvement, ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (SBA, LOH assessment and disposition) and support new product release, test program release, test ratio project,production ramp and change management projects. Conduct day-to-day basis to achieve organization’s objectives in terms of cost, quality, speed and innovations in high volume back-end environment. Interface with the business divisions, suppliers and interfaces within Melaka and other FE and BE locations.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Work on yield improvement and quality for responsible product, as well as collaboration with FE, assembly, clusters and business divisions
• Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’squality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test work flow, test program), lot on hold assessment and disposition to ensure quality compliance
• Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction and NLoZD projects
• Conduct risk assessment in deviation management (DDM, ALF, MRB), PCR Band any platforms to ensure safe release
• Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation, 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escape root cause
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline.
• Fresh or few years of experience in product,yield and test engineering.
• Broad knowledge in wafer fab process,assembly and quality system.
