Engineer Test Development

Are you passionate about semiconductor testing, automation, and product development? Join our team and play a key role in developing and optimizing production test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductor products.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop test packages for new products with medium complexity involving software and/or hardware development.
• Optimize and sustain existing test packages to ensure high quality, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical support to subcontractors and manufacturing sites.
• Participate actively in test concept development, feasibility studies, and production test implementation.
• Drive test knowledge transfer activities to production teams.
• Perform test package buy-off, qualification, and documentation.
• Analyze test data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate test-related issues and implement effective solutions to enhance yield and test performance.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related discipline.
• Oscilloscope
• Thermostream
• Prober/Handler basic operation
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good engineering aptitude with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
