Key Responsibilities:

Test Engineering

• Develop, implement and optimize test processes, procedures and methodologies to ensure product quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot test equipment, hardware and software-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Analyze test data, identify failure trends and implement corrective actions to improve test yield.
• Support test equipment qualification, validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing and manufacturing issues.
  
  

Process Engineering

• Develop, monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify process abnormalities, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process optimization, yield improvement, cycle time reduction and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support new equipment and process qualification, validation and implementation.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions and operating procedures.
  
  

Debug Engineering

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging and failure analysis on products, assemblies and electronic components.
• Identify root causes of product failures and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Work closely with Test, Process and Product Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze failure trends and support initiatives to improve product yield and reliability.
• Develop and improve debugging procedures, tools and techniques to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
  
  

Die Attach Engineering

• Support and optimize die attach processes to ensure product quality, reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues involving die placement, bonding quality and material performance.
• Monitor critical process parameters and implement improvements to enhance yield and reduce defects.
• Support equipment qualification, process validation and new product introduction activities.
• Collaborate with production, quality and equipment teams to resolve die attach process issues.
  
  

Product Engineering

• Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, from new product introduction to mass production.
• Analyze product performance, manufacturing yield and quality-related issues.
• Conduct failure analysis and coordinate corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.
• Support product qualification, validation and engineering change implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, manufacturability and production readiness.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in Test, Process, Debug, Die Attach or Product Engineering, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment troubleshooting, product testing or failure analysis, depending on the engineering specialization.
• Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, process optimization, yield improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical data, identify process or product issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to express their interest, subject to future position requirements.
