Coherent Malaysia (formerly known as II-VI Incorporated) began operations in 2001 through the incorporation of Finisar Malaysia with 300 headcounts, now employs over 3000 employees. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Troubleshooting, set up and Preventive Maintenance
- Lead and manage maintenence team
- A minimum a collage graduate or its equivalents with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in the equipment maintenance (functional skills)
- Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
- This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote
