- Be the conductor of all ambiance projects, build and manage their programming.

- Identify the means and tools necessary for project implementation and establish the required budgets.
- Ensure the events are highlighted with communication materials and effectively broadcasted to clients.
- Be the privileged contact for guests for any event-related questions.
- Measure the impact of the event and make proposals for adjustments in the future.
- Ensure compliance and safety of events, following Club Med procedures and local regulations.
- Conduct a diagnostic at the opening of the facilities (spaces, equipment, and available resources) and ensure control.
- Guarantee the reception, setup, and integration of G.Os and artists within your department.
