Overview

• Identify and exploring the different functionality of application on fats and oils product which adding value on company’s product.
• Identify and solving the technical issue by sharing the application knowledge and evaluation results to internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Main Accountabilities:

• Strong knowledge of safety, process and quality food safety and ensure these are always in place.
• Conduct evaluation, analysis and report on product application.
• Work closely with product development team and technical solution team in achieving their key objective on project by providing application support and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with technical solution team and sales team to recommend and provide product samples for events and exhibitions.
• Develop and assist in presentation for new launch products and existing products specific to application.
• Generate new ideas, new recipes and explore new applications.
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness in GMP, Halal and 5S.
• Establish standard operating system for machinery.
• Maintain and monitor ingredients stock level and other accessories stock level.
• To initiate upgrading and improvement project in lab.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superior time to time.
  
  

Education/Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in R&D of confectionery product, particularly in chocolate application.
• Possess knowledge of confectionery products including the relevant skills and techniques
• Strong problem-solving abilities and presentation skill.
