As an Executive Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of executive schedules and office administration.

- Executive Support: Providing calendar management.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging flight and hotel bookings.
- Office Management: Overseeing office supplies.
- Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of key company events.
- Team Coverage: Providing cover for the Executive Office Manager during absences, ensuring continuous support.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the Private Equity or wider Finance industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Professionalism: A well-groomed professional.
