Job Summary

The Executive, Data Management is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across planning, inventory, and material management systems. This role supports supply chain operations by maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), managing master data, improving data quality, and providing reliable reporting to support effective planning, procurement, inventory control, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data within ERP/MRP systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Ensure data integrity across planning, inventory, procurement, and engineering functions to support efficient supply chain operations and decision-making.
  • Monitor, review, and improve data management processes to reduce errors, enhance traceability, and support digitalisation and automation initiatives.
  • Generate, analyse, and prepare inventory, material planning, and management reports, including weekly and monthly KPI reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality master data and support continuous improvement initiatives in material planning and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards, documentation requirements, and quality management practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) Management, Master Data Management, or a related supply chain function.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and master data management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory management, data governance, and quality assurance principles.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting tools.
