EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and files
- Support training & development programs and performance appraisal processes
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws
- Manage employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role
- Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
