Job Scope
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal rules and regulations.
- Lead and supervise the CTU or Pumping job according to procedures.
- Plan, prepare equipment and personnel for each CTU or Pumping packages for client. Ensure all the materials, equipment and personnel is available and ready for the job.
- Assign, coordinate and monitor equipment and personnel movement.
- Review and understand job proposal to determine the equipment and personnel requirement.
- Monitor the equipment maintenance schedule and deal with maintenance department for the maintenance required on the CTU or Pumping package.
- Ensure all CTU or Pumping packages under supervision submit all the field paperwork (maintenance checklist, job ticket, COG, DT etc.) to town without delay.
- Provide support to crew and client on job locations and establish a good communication between job locations and town.
- Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite and office.
- Provide service delivery with great service quality.
- Provide training and guidance to junior employees in order to improve their knowledge in job supervising.
- Monitor the crew progress and career development.
- Promote and take an active part in quality improvement process.
- Attend all the training required by the company and clients.
- Minimum with 5 years’ experience in Coiled Tubing Supervisor/Leader for operation from floating workboat and fixed platform.
- Has experience in specialize Coiled Tubing (CT) Operations such as sand cleanout, cementing operation, catenary CT Operation, perforation, fishing, milling, logging and stimulation.
- Must possess excellent skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
- Must be knowledgeable of HMS, HSE standards, work methods and guidelines for CT personnel.
- IWCF level 4 certification is added advantage.
- Must have the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
