At PwC, our Workforce team focuses on helping organizations deliver sustainable outcomes through their people. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about shaping the future AI enhanced workforce, with a strong interest in leveraging AI, analytics and digital technologies to deliver innovative AI enhanced workforce solutions.

As an Experienced Associate within our Workforce Management practice, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will play a key role in driving technology-enabled, AI-enhanced workforce and HR transformation solutions, while mentoring junior team members and managing workstreams end-to-end.

We advise a range of local, regional and global clients on all aspects of people's strategy, underlying compliance and governance in many areas of business-driven HR programs.

You should be interested in building and showcasing your skills within the following areas:

  • People analytics - Leveraging insights and data to drive decisions on people and organization requirements and implementation.

  • HR operating model - Aligning HR capabilities and structure to deliver value in line with business strategy.

  • HR service delivery – Exploring different service delivery models ( eg. Shared services, outsourcing) and leveraging technology and automation to drive smart and intuitive people practices.

  • Employee experience – Be able to think differently, usage of design thinking to develop HR practices that engage the mindset and behaviors of the workforce.

  • HR policy & processes review - provide practical frameworks to refine operating processes and reduce costs or improve service levels across the entire HR services value chain.

  • Ability to analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations .

  • Creating people's data sets and aligning these to wider organizational data sets. Using and applying quantitative and qualitative research design and carrying out data analysis, from basic to multivariate analysis to solve problems.

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above.

  • Support effective working relationships directly with clients.

  • Contribute to the development of your own technical acumen Contribute to delivering technology-enabled workforce and HR transformation solutions.

  • Apply digital tools, analytics, and AI capabilities in the delivery of client work.

  • Ability to operationalize AI tools in day-to-day work, including designing structured prompts, applying AI for data analysis and problem solving, and critically validating outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business applicability.

  • Contribute to the development of your own technical acumen across both human capital and digital domains.

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

  • Develop proposals as part of the team pursuit of advisory engagement opportunities covering research work, preparing proposal decks, carrying out internal risk checks, etc.

  • Ensure the deliverables adheres to the firms' policies and risk management requirements.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce management including emerging trends in AI, workforce analytics and human capital strategy, contributing to the development of thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline. Degree in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in workforce management, human capital advisory, people analytics, HR technology, or related consulting roles.

  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Harvey) to enhance productivity, research, and client deliverables.

  • Experience applying AI to people analytics or HR process optimization is strongly preferred.

  • Fair subject matter knowledge across a range of HR/workforce-related capabilities such as HRT/change management/leadership/ organisation design.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python/R is a plus), visualization platforms, and automation tools .

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and portfolio management skills.

  • Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive team.

  • Ability to thrive on challenges, multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed are of essence.
