Areas of Interest

Key Account Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies
  
  

Field Sales

• Manage assigned territories and customer relationships to achieve sales, distribution, and execution targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement sales initiatives to strengthen market presence and performance.
  
  

Sales Support

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution excellence
• Provide operational and administrative assistance for smooth execution
  
  

Client Service Management

• Ensure customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service excellence

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of Sales/Commercial experience within FMCG or similar industries
• A motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Customer focused, considering problems from a customer's perspective while being pragmatic and solution oriented.
• Physically mobile for various opportunities across Malaysia
