About The Role
As a CBRE FacilitiesCoordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensurethat facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part ofthe Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of theoperations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managersregarding all repairs and investment plans.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Work withlandlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement andrecognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Acknowledgeall client inquiries and collect work orders.
- Collectinformation reports to find out performance and progress status.
- File workorders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Monitoractivities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal andrecycling.
- Followinstructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
- Respond tocommon inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Useexisting procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limitedopportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impactthrough clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliverown output by following defined procedures and processes under closesupervision and guidance.
- Diploma up to 2 years ofjob-related experience or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
- Ability to follow basic workroutines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills toexchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skillswith an inquisitive mindset.
