What Will You Do?

Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Tune KLIA2, you will support the daily food and beverage operations while delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. You will work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced airport hotel environment. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assist in daily Food & Beverage operations, including service setup and closing duties
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve items according to service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas
• Assist with basic food preparation, table setting, and clearing of tables
• Respond to guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally
• Support stock control, replenishment, and basic inventory checks
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Assist during events, functions, or busy service periods when required
  
  

Who Must You Be?

Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities and qualifications:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Opera POS systems and MS Office is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with good grooming and professionalism
• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, F&B Service, or related field is an advantage
• Willing to be based in Sepang and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
