Job Description:
Airbus FHS (Flight Hours Servi ces) is a service provider for airlines that delivers spare parts to its customers worldwide as well as Engineering and Maintenance services.
The Job Holder guarantees the compliance of FHS to processes and regulations, as well as supports FHS to achieve their deliverables Right First Time for continuous Customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibility:

Provide advice, analysis and operational statements to FHS teams on regulatory/quality topics and define relevant action plans to support the reduction of FHS parts in quarantine. Deploy quality awareness sessions when needed.

Provide quality support to FHS Safety Management System (SMS) and Component Issue Management (CIM).

Support the deployment of the Problem Solving methodology and facilitate the resolution of the complex Problem Solving issues (9S) with the local FHS teams.

Ensure that FHS deliverables are compliant with the applicable Airbus standard and the regulatory & Customer’s contractual quality requirements by performing internal surveillance activities. Propose opportunity of improvements.

Issue surveillance reports and collaborate with relevant departments to close findings, according to the global FHS surveillance plan. Ensure that follow up actions required to address findings are completed with the use of Problem Solving methodology when necessary.

Lead, promote and contribute to quality continuous improvement initiatives to improve the performance of FHS way of working and deliverables.

Contribute to deploy and comply with the Airbus Business Management System (BMS), in close coordination with the central FHS Quality Team. Contribute to FHS process deployment and standardization projects.

Other duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company
Secondary Responsibility:
Promote Quality and Safety culture.

Support and contribute to the FHS development and transformation projects by guaranteeing adherence to standards and requirements.

Support the definition and follow of relevant local Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
