Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8.00am to 5:15pm (Mon to Fri) / 8:00am – 12:30pm (Sat)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only / Saturday (Half day)

Kelayakan:

  • Minimum 2 tahun pengalamam dalam bahagian field staff
  • Mampu untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan atau lebih masa dan tinggal di ladang
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dan menulis dengan baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia

Job Scopes:

  • Mencatat dan memasukkan setiap data ke dalam rekod
  • Menyediakan senarai gaji dan rekod yang berkaitan
  • Menjalani fungsi kawalan di kawasan ladang
  • Membantu membuat laporan date pemupukan
  • Membantu melaporkan hasil tuaian buah kelapa sawit
  • Mengawal dan menyelia pekerja
  • Memastikan arahan dari pihak atasan dilaksanakan dengan sebaik mungkin
