Field Marketer

About The Role
The Field Marketer ensures product availability, visibility, and promotional impact across assigned retail outlets, playing a vital role in DKSH's Sales function. This role supports the effective execution of merchandising strategies that drive brand presence and customer engagement across assigned territories.

What You Will Deliver

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimized promotional impact across assigned retail outlets to maximize sales performance
• Support sales representatives in managing day-to-day merchandising activities against pre-set objectives, prioritizing tasks for maximum effectiveness
• Execute merchandising activities across assigned businesses and territories, including product portfolio introductions, marketing plan execution, order taking, display set-ups, and in-store merchandising
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and products through timely and accurate inputs to competition reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance merchandising processes, plans, and overall customer satisfaction
• Support internal stakeholders in developing and strengthening relationships with key customers
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role, with merchandising experience being an advantage
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, and customers
• Foundational knowledge of assigned territories, products, and services, with strong merchandising skills
• Fluency in the local language, with proficiency in English both written and spoken being an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
