We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our APAC Finance team and play a vital role in delivering accurate, efficient Accounts Payable support.

This is a hybrid position, requiring one day per week in our Subang Jaya office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

About the Role

As a Finance Executive, you'll support the Accounts Payable function by ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time

• Reviewing invoice coding, approvals and supporting documentation

• Managing vendor master data and supplier records

• Responding to supplier enquiries and resolving invoice-related issues

• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies

• Supporting internal and external audits

• Maintaining compliance with finance policies and internal controls

• Providing general support across the Finance team as required

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

You'll ideally have:

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field from a recognised Malaysian University

• 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a finance operations environment

• A sound understanding of fundamental accounting principles

• Experience with ERP and workflow systems such as Medius, SAP, Oracle, Workday, AX or NetSuite (highly regarded)

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with finance systems, including General Ledger(GL)

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
