Position Overview

allnex invites you to join the Finance team as a Finance Intern! This role is based in Seremban, Malaysia and you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of corporate finance. You will work to provide assistance and support in the daily tasks, such as budgeting ,reporting, and data analysis, working closely with the team to gain insights into how financial decisions drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to vendor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Check and monitor vendor account statements to identify discrepancies and ensure records are up to date.
• Verify and update databases, as well as assisting in creating and maintaining electronic archives for easy access to records.
• Receive and sort incoming paper mail, helping to organise and distribute correspondence effectively.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Able to commit to at least a 6-month internship.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in teams comprised of production and maintenance personnel.
• High sense of responsibility.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
