We are recruiting for an Intern to be part of our growing Trade Spend team. You will primarily be responsible for the daily execution of the Trade Spend and Billing management activities and processes as well as support the back-up of operational tasks within the AR Team.

Key Responsibilites

Support the Team Manager in the execution and administration of trade spend activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, operational guidelines, and agreed service level agreements (SLAs) with Operating Companies (OpCos).
Process and maintain accurate rebate accruals in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
Manage rebate settlement activities, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Review and match invoices and credit notes against upfront deductions, and clear outstanding trade spend open items in SAP.
Perform billing verification to ensure the accuracy and completeness of trade spend transactions.
Identify, validate, and reconcile invoices and credit notes for appropriate matching and settlement.
Liaise with OpCos and relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, obtain clarifications, and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain trade spend and billing reports to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
Provide operational backup and cross-functional support for other Accounts Receivable activities as required.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery within the Accounts Receivable team.
