YOUR ROLE
You will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing financial planning, reporting, and control process for the site. You will partner closely with operations, GBS, and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and strong financial governance.
- Manage the manufacturing P&L forecast preparation and expense target setting
- Prepare monthly NME forecasts and perform detailed variance analysis for Site G&A, R&D, and Site Services
- Deliver weekly manufacturing P&L reporting and analysis, including responses to ad hoc operational reporting and analysis requests
- Execute SOX preparer activities
- Prepare quarterly Division operation review
- Lead the quarterly material WWS update campaign
- Partner with the GBS team to ensure accurate reporting and efficient task execution
- Support pre-closing activities for manufacturing
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid experience in manufacturing finance, controlling, or financial planning and analysis
- Strong knowledge of P&L forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Experience in SOX controls and financial governance processes
- Familiarity with SAP and related finance systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance and operational teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Business proficiency in English
