Summary
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all fitness facilities, swimming areas and changing rooms.
- Manage equipment and linen operations in line with departmental procedures.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and report replenishment needs to the Recreation Manager.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment defects promptly.
- Assist with the setup and removal of equipment and furniture for special activities and events.
- Respond efficiently to guest needs regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in fitness center or hospitality operations preferred.
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to handle equipment setup and movement.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
