Making an impact. What will you do?
- In this role, you will ensure the safety, reliability, and roadworthiness of Linde's fleet by verifying vehicle inspections and repairs for prime movers, tankers, and trailers
- Furthermore, you will work closely with approved workshops and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve maintenance issues effectively
- Ensuring compliance with transportation safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements will be a key part of your role
- Additionally, you will document inspection findings, maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP PM, and recommend corrective actions where necessary
- You will also stay up to date with industry regulations and inspection standards to support continuous improvement in fleet safety and operational performance
- SPM or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair, or inspection
- You have strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems, components, and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, inspection equipment, and safety standards
- You are keen on attention to detail with the ability to identify potential safety and compliance issues
- Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers
