We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as an FP&A Manager

This is a unique opportunity to act as the sole FP&A presence in the APAC region, partnering closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insight, forecasting accuracy, and decision support across our Hardware and Chemicals businesses.

This role requires a highly independent individual who can confidently influence stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, and drive financial excellence with limited day-to-day supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the weekly revenue and gross profit forecasting process across the APAC region.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for multiple entities P&L and periodic re-forecasting efforts, ensuring alignment with the companies strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support short-term and long-term forecasting.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis down to EBITDA, including variance analysis, to explain deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, providing insights into financial performance and business trends.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Partner with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
  • Partner with General Manager and provide financial insights, influence decision-making through clear analysis and well-supported recommendations.
  • Support month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local APAC accounting and finance requirements.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to maintain consistency in reporting and forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar senior finance role.
  • ACCA/CIMA or other equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is critical for effective collaboration with teams in China
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Highly independent and self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively as the sole regional FP&A professional.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion and Power PI is desirable but no essential.
  • Strong understanding of APAC regional financial regulations and accounting standards.
