You understand how great delivery underpins great client work and are confident balancing multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns and retained client programmes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and to a consistently high standard.

  • You lead the day-to-day coordination of integrated campaigns across PR, content, creative, digital and production workstreams.

  • You develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes and delivery schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and aligned with agreed objectives.

  • You manage project budgets, monitor utilisation, identify scope creep and escalate commercial risks early to help protect project profitability.

  • You coordinate internal resources and proactively identify the need for freelance specialists, creators and production partners to support campaign delivery.

  • You source, brief and manage external vendors, freelancers and production partners, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are effectively managed.

  • You work closely with internal teams to prioritise work, allocate resources and maintain clear communication across multiple concurrent projects.

  • You prepare scopes of work, delivery plans and project documentation that support campaign execution and new business proposals.

  • You monitor project progress, manage risks and keep internal stakeholders informed through clear reporting, status updates and action tracking.

  • You contribute to continuous improvements in project delivery, resource planning and operational processes, helping the team work more efficiently and consistently.

What You Offer

  • 6–8 years of project management experience within a creative, communications, digital or integrated agency environment.

  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns involving PR, content, creative, digital and production teams.

  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, monitoring utilisation and identifying scope creep.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and managing freelance talent, creators, production partners and external vendors.

  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to make informed decisions and manage competing priorities.

  • Experience preparing project scopes, work plans and delivery schedules.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience using project management tools and collaborative platforms is advantageous.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
