Main Tasks:

  • Support daily operations and contribute to key projects within your assigned function
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and propose innovative ideas
  • Engage in meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Ensure compliance with BASF’s safety, quality, and sustainability standards



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource and etc.)
  • Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of working experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment
