Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Other tasks required by the director
