We are looking for General Support to further strengthen our Customer Service department.

As a General Support, you will provide a wide range of Delivery & Collection activities in order to ensure a good and efficient support to the organization

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

Delivery & Collection

• Transport documents, letters, cheques, and parcels between sales office, manufacturing site, customers, vendors, and government authorities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and collection of all items

Transport Documentation Support

• Handle and deliver transport-related documents for both Sales Office and Manufacturing operations
• Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth document flow

Banking & Government Transactions

• Perform banking duties such as cheque deposits
• Manage document submissions, stamping, and mail handling at relevant authorities

Proof of Delivery & Compliance

• Ensure all delivery documents (e.g., Delivery Orders) are properly signed, stamped, and returned
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections

Administrative & Office Support

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying when in the office
• Support basic office maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and assisting with moving or carrying items

Operational Support

• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned to support daily business needs

You'll succeed if:

• You have process at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies/
• Administration/ Management or equivalent
• You must have valid driving license: B2 (motorcycle) and/or D (car)
  You must own a motorcycle or car for work purposes
• You are familiar with routes within Klang Valley
• You must be Physically fit and able to handle outdoor tasks and lifting when required
• You are punctual with strong time management skills
• You are responsible and trustworthy, especially when handling documents and cash
• You have navigation Skills: Proficient in GPS applications (e.g., Google Maps, Waze)
• You have communication Skills: Able to interact professionally with internal staff and external parties
• You are reliability & Integrity: High level of accountability and honesty
• You have Flexibility: Willing to support both operational and administrative duties as needed
