General Technician

Job Description

To assist in the day-to-day operations

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergencies.

Diagnose and repair electrical, lighting, and mechanical issues.

Inspect and maintain escalators, elevators, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems.

Assist with mall renovation and construction projects when necessary.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to the supervisor.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall operational standards.

Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Possess a valid Certificate in Electrical/ Electrical Installation or related field.

Age between 21 to 50 years old
