Overall Mission

The EDM Master Data Coordinator creates and maintains master data and monitors process to identify pro-actively potential delays. He/She is supporting continuous improvement, contributes to improve service levels in the business by making master data available in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities

Daily activities

• Data Management – Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level, Information Management daily activities execution in the given service level
• Basic issue resolution requests execution related Data/Information Management
• Run pro-active monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities
• Perform data quality checks and correction activities
  
  

Process related activities

• Contribute to Master Data/Information Management Projects & Change Requests
• Propose process improvements – Use idea management tool
• Follow the daily task assignment provided by the team leaders or responsible person
  
  

People and collaboration

• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email

Your Professional Profile Includes

• University degree in any related field.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting.
• Professional experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in function-specific role or equivalent.
• Relevant process experience, experience of working in a shared service environment is an advantage.
• Results-driven, adaptable and customer-focused, with strong decision-making and learning agility.
• Independent, reliable and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong numeracy and administrative skills.
