Global Master Data Senior Coordinator- Your Future Position?
Overall mission
The EDM Data Master Data Senior Coordinator creates and maintains master data and monitors process to identify pro-actively potential delays, extracts, analyzes and mass-loads master data in our core systems. He/She is supporting continuous improvement, contributes to improve service levels in the business by making master data available in a timely and accurate manner.
In this exciting role, you will
Daily activities
- Data Management – Master data creation and maintenance activities in the given service level, Information Management daily activities execution in the given service level
- Master data service requests – execution of reports and mass uploads
- Issue resolution requests execution related Data/Information Management
- Run proactive monitoring and follow-up on activities related to the expected activities
- Support and advise the business in master data/information management related matters
- Perform process- and data quality-analysis, and correction activities
- Performs process- and quality-analysis on a global scope, which is discussed with the EDM Managers/Team Leads regularly
- Controls global task assignment to balance resources according to incoming requests
- Align on functional topics (master data issues, solutions) with the other regional team leaders and managers on a regular basis
Process related activities
- Contribute to Master Data Projects & Change Requests

- Perform root cause analysis and provide solution
- Propose process improvements – idea management

- Support initiatives/projects/data cleansing activities
- Task coordination activities in line with the requirements of Team Lead/Manager
- Maintain documentations
People, collaboration
- Act as contact person for key internal and external stakeholders for operational topics
- Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email
- Mentoring the new team members/ training team members - Delivering training to the team for new processes being implemented
- Being the reference for the Juniors

Your professional profile includes
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
- 3+ years of relevant experience in function-specific role or equivalent. Relevant process experience, Experience of working in a shared service environment is an advantage
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused, with sound judgment and a strong willingness to learn.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who thrives in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Good working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Experienced in ETL tools and processes
- Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tool
- Strong numeracy and administration skills
- Understanding of legal and statutory requirements, corporate policies work instructions and regulation
