Responsibilities

The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured 12-month development program designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on exposure across key functions within the supply chain and logistics business. Trainees will undertake rotational assignments in warehouse operations and support functions, gaining broad business knowledge, practical experience, and leadership capabilities while working on real business challenges and continuous improvement projects.

This program offers a unique opportunity to develop a strong foundation in supply chain management and build a career within a global logistics organization.


  • Support daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Gain exposure to inbound, outbound, inventory management, order fulfillment, and value-added services.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Participate in daily operational meetings and problem-solving activities.
  • Assist supervisors in workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Support implementation of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the Northern Region during the 12-month program as part of rotational assignments, training, project work, and operational exposure.
  • Rotations may be conducted across multiple sites, customer locations, and functional teams within the region based on business needs and learning objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, or internship activities is an advantage.
