We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Territory Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Singapore market from our Johor Bahru office. The candidate must have proven B2B commercial experience in CYBERSECURITY SOLUTIONS. Deep, current Singapore market knowledge — you know the buyers, the ecosystem, and how enterprise deals get done there

About the role:

As Head of Territory Sales, you will own revenue for the Singapore territory: leading a JB-based sales team, driving pipeline and deals into Singapore’s enterprise market, and personally managing senior client relationships on the ground in Singapore each week.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the Singapore territory P&L: revenue targets, pipeline, pricing, and forecasting
  • Lead, coach, and scale a JB-based sales team dedicated to Singapore enterprise clients
  • Personally manage strategic and C-level client relationships in Singapore’s enterprise, telecom, and technology sectors
  • Build the commercial playbook for the hub: coverage model, account segmentation, and go-to-market rhythm for the Singapore market
  • Champion digital-first sales operations — CRM discipline, analytics-led pipeline management, and progressive automation of sales support


Working Arrangement:

  • Based at our Johor Bahru city-centre office (~3 days/week)
  • In Singapore with clients (~2 days/week) – company-arranged cross-border transport provided


Who we are looking for:

  • Proven B2B commercial experience in CYBERSECURITY SOLUTIONS
  • Business Development experience in Singapore market is compulsory for this role, targeting telecommunications, technology, or adjacent enterprise sectors
  • Deep, current Singapore market knowledge — you know the buyers, the ecosystem, and how enterprise deals get done there
  • Proven track record leading sales teams and carrying senior revenue responsibility (regional, country, or major business-unit scope)
  • Genuinely committed to being based in Johor Bahru — you live in Johor already, or have strong personal reasons to make JB your base
  • Strong grasp of digital sales tools and appetite to build a lean, digital-first commercial operation


Salary: Up to RM 30,000.
