We are now looking for another team member to join us in Production Department as Hot End Operator.

Do you able to work in shift pattern?

Do you able to work in an environment where there is in height, hot, high noise, dusty, constricted and confined working area?
What you’ll be doing:
-
Operate the melter machine according to the specification and standard that has been set by the company
-
Monitor melting conditions of the raw material inside melter so that no hot spots are formed, melting is in place, gas and electrical heating are optimally set

Operate wash water equipment in accordance with HSE rules and regulations
-
Maintain binder operation and related maintenance to ensure continuity of supply of binder to operation in accordance with prescribed procedure

Monitor the entire hot end process for early detection and ensure that there is no abnormality in the quality of the raw material

Ensure batch delivery system continuity of supply to operation parts according to prescribed HSE procedure

Carry out a fiber check (samples and measurements) in order to optimize the parameters (gas, air, speed rotation of the spinners and etc.) in relation to the specifications of the product to be manufacture.

Control the density distribution and measure the density for forming and optimize it by acting on the speed of the fans, the air pressure, the angles and the threshing frequency of the fiber distribution.

Optimizing the loss on ignition (LOI) according to the product specifications and the test information/result from the quality operator.

Anticipate product change schedules based on process sheets and product specifications.
What we’d love for you to have:

Diploma education level in any field

At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing field
-
Glass Mineral Wool process experience is an added advantage
